We provide our clients with consultation for free: we help to choose the right material (slab, table legs) and design details (for example, filling).
The work with the order begins after the customer has made an advance payment — at least 50% of the cost of the finished product.
The customer can track the progress of production by means of a photo report. We accompany each stage with photos and videos.
The customer pays the remaining 50% when the order is fully ready. You can make this part of the payment either by bank transfer before sending, or when receiving your product.
Production and transfer of goods to the delivery service:

Production may take from 2 to 6 weeks. The waiting time will depend on the complexity of the selected product. We will send you the finished order on the first business day of the selected delivery service.

We work with the main international shipping services: DHL, FedEx, EMS, Nova Poshta. It is also possible to arrange the shipment via other logistic services, by prior arrangement.
Before shipping, we send you a photo and video report on the condition of the product and insure it for the full cost.
Delivery is paid by the recipient.
We work with Nova Poshta, as it guarantees fast and reliable delivery, and also provides Carry Upstairs service.
If you want to receive the goods via another shipping company, the payment terms may be revised.
